The plant is sensitive to salts in the roots and be kept in a mix with good circulation such as in a mix with greater proportions of perlite or sphagnum moss than usual. Many growers keep plants in baskets since rhizomes produce growths about 14 cm. away from mother plant. Keep humidity at 60 to 80%<br />
