Peperomia marmorata, Hook. St. short, much-branched, nearly 1/2in. thick: lvs. opposite, ovate-cordate, deeply 2-lobed at the base, the lobes rounded and overlapping. The lvs. are 3-5 x l 1/2-2 3/4 in., not so broad as P. Sandersii,and less concave. Not advertised, but has been unnecessarily confused with P. Sandersii. CH
