Teucrium fruticans also known as tree germander[1] and shrubby germander[2] is a species of the genus Teucrium and of the mint family Lamiaceae.

Teucrium fruticans, Linn. Shrub 2-3 ft. high, divaricate branching: lvs. ovate, entire, obtuse, glabrous above, white or reddish brown, tomentose beneath, petioled: floral lvs. similar, smaller: racemes terminal or lateral on short branches, few-fld.; peduncles 1-fld., shorter than the calyx: fls. blue; calyx campanulate, tomentose; corolla-lip twice longer than the calyx. Eu. — Recommended for dry places S. It has a long blooming season. CH
